Soma Wisdom is a space for healing and awakening through the innate intelligence of the body. Through somatic inquiry, we learn to listen deeply to the subtle language of the soma and return to the immediacy of present-moment experience. As we deepen this relationship with the body, our lives begin to unfold more naturally and authentically. From this place of embodied presence, we rediscover a sense of home within ourselves and a deeper trust in the organic unfolding of life.

Hi, I’m Renata. I’m a psychotherapist, teacher and mentor. I support people on a journey toward healing, integration, and greater freedom in their lives. My work is grounded in helping you reconnect with your body, develop trust in its innate intelligence, and find a sense of safety and home within yourself.
